90-Day Total Life Upgrade Coaching Program

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the professional relationship between Coached by Beth, Life & Wellness Coach ("Coach"), and the client ("Client") participating in the 90-Day Total Life Upgrade Coaching Program ("Program").

1. Coaching Services

The Coach agrees to provide life and wellness coaching services as outlined in the Program description. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Attend all scheduled coaching sessions on time.
Participate actively in coaching assignments and exercises.
Communicate openly and honestly with Coach Beth.
Take full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Payment and Fees

The full Program fee is $1,600.
Payment is due prior to the start of coaching.
Late payments may result in suspended access to sessions and any resources provided by Coach Beth.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once the Program begins.
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the Coach under extraordinary circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared by the Client is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Results Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process. While the Coach provides support and tools, results depend on the Client’s commitment and follow-through. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing with 7 days’ notice. In such cases, no refunds will be given for unused sessions.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Tennessee].

10. Acceptance

By enrolling in the Program and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
