    These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the professional relationship between Coached by Beth, Life & Wellness Coach ("Coach"), and the client ("Client") participating in the 90-Day Total Life Upgrade Coaching Program ("Program").

    ​

    1. Coaching Services

    ​

    The Coach agrees to provide life and wellness coaching services as outlined in the Program description. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

    ​

    2. Client Responsibilities

    ​

    The Client agrees to:

    • Attend all scheduled coaching sessions on time.

    • Participate actively in coaching assignments and exercises.

    • Communicate openly and honestly with Coach Beth.

    • Take full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.                              ​

     

    3. Scheduling and Cancellations

    • Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.

    • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

    • Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

     

    4. Payment and Fees

    • The full Program fee is $1,600.

    • Payment is due prior to the start of coaching.

    • Late payments may result in suspended access to sessions and any resources provided by Coach Beth.

     

    5. Refund Policy

    ​

    • No refunds are provided once the Program begins.

    • Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the Coach under extraordinary circumstances.

     

    6. Confidentiality

    ​

    All information shared by the Client is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

     

    7. Results Disclaimer

     

    Coaching is a collaborative process. While the Coach provides support and tools, results depend on the Client’s commitment and follow-through. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

     

    8. Termination of Agreement

     

    Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing with 7 days’ notice. In such cases, no refunds will be given for unused sessions.

     

    9. Governing Law

     

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Tennessee].

     

    10. Acceptance

     

    By enrolling in the Program and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
